How does the plan work?

The plan reimburses you for eligible veterinary services (once a deductible is met). And it’s easy to get reimbursed. When you have a claim, simply visit: https://www.petinsurance.com/submit-claim to submit your form.

What is VetHelpline® and how does it work?

VetHelpline® is a service for all our members. Expert veterinarians are available 24/7 to answer general pet questions and help identify urgent care needs. A VetHelpline® consultation is not a substitute for a visit to your primary vet.

How do I file a claim?

It’s easy. Pay your veterinarian directly and then submit your claim and invoices at my.petinsurance.com. You can also email your claim form and invoices to submitmyclaim@petinsurance.com or mail to: Nationwide Claims Department, P.O. Box 183143 Columbus, Ohio 43218-3143. Once you’ve submitted a claim, you can track its progress at my.petinsurance.com.
